Return and Refund Policy
Shop with confidence. Our standard return window is 30 days from delivery. During the holiday season, purchases made from November 1 through December 31 qualify for an extended 60-day return window. We offer free returns by mail for eligible items. Our team answers questions within 2 hours during normal business hours.

Eligibility
Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging and accessories. Please include any jewelry boxes, pouches, and tags. Returns must be started within the applicable window described above.
We recommend using our prepaid label from the portal. It helps us track your return and speeds up processing.
Items Not Eligible
Items that have been altered, resized, engraved, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items marked as non-returnable at checkout are also excluded. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending it back. Our team is happy to help verify eligibility.
Holiday Returns
Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 qualify for an extended 60-day return window from the date of delivery. All other terms in this policy apply.
How to Start a Return
- Open the Jewelry Stores Network Customer Portal and select your order.
- Choose the item and reason for return.
- Download and print the prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the listed carrier.
Exchanges and Replacements
If you need a different size or style, start a return for the original item and place a new order. For defective or damaged items, contact us first so we can arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid label.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return for processing. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Packaging Tips
Use the original jewelry box when possible. Place small items like earrings or pendants in a pouch or small bag so nothing moves during transit. For higher value pieces, use a sturdy outer box and adequate padding for protection.
Important Notes
- Return shipments should use our prepaid label from the portal. If you use another carrier, keep the tracking number for your records.
- If a return arrives not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or return the item to you.
- Refunds are only available to the original purchaser and payment method used at checkout.
